Execute the next three Fortress steps in order, each fully before the next — A014, then A015, then A016. Read first, in order: Docs/Build Logs/Foundation Prompts/DEV_BOX_CONNECTION.md, Docs/FOUNDATION_SPEC.md, Docs/FOUNDATION_PHASE_1_5.md, Docs/FOUNDATION_ADMIN_UI.md, Docs/UI_AUDIT.md. Then: (1) PROMPT_A014_CLEANERS_BACKEND.md, (2) PROMPT_A015_CLEANERS_UI.md, (3) PROMPT_A016_FINANCE_BACKEND.md. For each: execute exactly, prove every server-side Definition-of-Done item (record outputs), set up any operator-acceptance walkthrough, then Doc Sync (update CURRENT_STATE.md, move the prompt to done/ as *_DONE.md, confirm python scripts/validate_doc_drift.py passes) before starting the next. A001–A013 are done and live; build on them, work only against /opt/fortress-ng, never legacy V3. "Code exists" isn't done — if any proof can't be met, stop and report.
